Ski/ Snowboard Production Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a production associate to primarily work in finishing. Qulified candidates will eventually be doing everything from creating parts & putting them into the press, to cutting products out as well.

Experience with ski or snowboard finishing is ideal.

This job requires:

  • Extreme attention to detail and understanding of tolerance.
  • Organizational Skills. You will be required to keep track of all the equipment in the area and ensure that everything is clean and in its right place. You will also be responsible for keeping track of current orders, their progress through production and communicating with the other production team members. 
  • Understanding of basic hand-tools and the ability to use them to create essential parts for our skis and snowboards. 
  • Understanding of woodworking machinery (band saw, table saw, belt sander, drill press) not required but very helpful. 
  • Major stoke on skiing and snowboarding. As this team member, you are literally building every ski and board that comes out of our shop. The definition of a hands-on experience. If you're stoked on skiing and riding, it will translate to better quality product.
  • Past experience in ski and snowboard manufacturing not required but will definitely help.
