4001 Sinterered Base Material
Material is sold by the meter, so choose the number of meters needed for your project. Most skis and snowboards require 2m of base material. When ordered, the material is cut from a continuous roll. So, if you order more than 1 m, you will get one continuous piece of material.
Base Material Colors:
Edge - 2mm.
High quality steel metal edges, hardened, sandblasted for bonding. Material is sold by kit (8m).
Clear Topsheet Material
Material is sold by the meter, so choose the number of meters needed for your project. Most skis and snowboards require 2m of topsheet material.
When ordered, the material is cut from a continuous roll. So, if you order more than 1 m, you will get one continuous piece of material.
Biaxial Fiberglass
Diagonal cross Technora Aramid fiber allows for an ultra-light flex option in skis and snowboards.

Triaxial Fiberglass
The ultimate in torsional strength, our Tri-Axe Fiberglass Composite utilizes fibers woven into a matrix with 3 different orientations vs. 2 orientations found in biaxial fiberglass. When combined with our one of a kind all-wood cores – unrivaled torsional strength is produced without sacrificing liveliness for a chatter-free, rail-like, ride.

VDS Tape
Natural Vulcanized rubber foil (VDS) is used for an enhanced bonding between the steel edges and bottom fiberglass layer.

Snowboard Inserts
Stainless steel binding inserts for snowboards.
Snowboard inserts are sold in units of 24, which is the approximate amount required for a single snowboard.
