Terms and Warranty:
Deviation Works skis and snowboards are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for up to three years from the date of purchase with our Three Year Ironclad Warranty. We recommend reviewing our Mounting Guide and having a professional mount your product, as any damages done with faulty mounting are not covered under our warranty. Additionally, our warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear from tumbling down the mountain. As such, warranty issues will be taken on a case by case basis.
Please note for all custom Made by Me™ products, the 3D model of your ski or snowboard is just a mockup to process your order. Expect your skis or board to have slight variations in the design colors and topsheet graphic once it's printed on our materials and becomes a physical, handcrafted product!
All products returned to Deviation for warranty inspection must have prior return authorization and confirmation number which can be given over the phone or via email. Call us at (503) 208-6790 or send an email to service@deviationworks.com. Our Customer Service Rep will work directly with you.
If the issue warrants a return, you will have to provide your return confirmation number and shipment details. Please note the processing of returns will take up to 3 weeks after receipt. Any repairs or replacements of products are made solely at the discretion of Deviation after the product is judged to be eligible by Deviation.
